Monday brought the first of three visits to receive IV steroids. I thought 60mg a day was alot, but the 1000 mg x 3 days was unbelievable. The ambulance started oxygen as they took my daughter to the hospital. A co-worker left her job to follow the ambulance and stay with my daughter until I was able to arrive. Mid-July, finally the day came to see the neurologist. This Doctor spent about 2 hours with my daughter; in my eyes that was pretty amazing. The follow-up with the Doctor never happened. She was unable to get in to see the physician until late March.
